How we collect, process, and safeguard your data across the RAD CRM website and platform.
The Rad CRM, LLC ("Rad CRM," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides a Software as a Service platform (the "Service") that can be accessed at https://theradcrm.com (the "Website").
Your privacy is important to us. It is our practice to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our Website and the Service we operate. We have developed this Privacy Policy to standardize our data collection practices and security procedures, and to keep you informed as to how we collect, process, and safeguard your data. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors of the Website and subscribers to any Service we currently provide and that we may provide in the future.
We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide and improve our Service. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we are collecting it and how it will be used.
Before you use or submit any information on or through the Service, please carefully review this Privacy Policy. By using any part of the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information that you provide, and that we otherwise collect, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
To effectively provide and continuously improve our Service, and to provide a high level of customer support, we need to collect, process, use, and store certain information from and about our users, including, in some cases, personal data. You own your data. If at any point you no longer wish to continue working with the Company, upon request your data will be removed from our systems.
To the extent possible, our data collection processes are designed to be privacy-friendly, specifically by limiting the tracking and storage of PII and by anonymizing and aggregating the data we collect. You can change your settings to be notified when a cookie is set or to block cookies altogether (consult the "Help" section of your browser). Blocking cookies may limit access to certain features of the Service.
This policy does not apply to information collected offline or through any other means, including from any third-party website from which you browse to the Service, or information about you collected from any third party, including any payment processor or any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the Website. We have no control over the practices of third-party providers and encourage you to check their privacy policies before sharing any information.
We may use the information we collect for any valid business purpose and for legal commercial purposes, such as: facilitating your registration for a RAD CRM account; sending you information about your Service-related activities; detecting security incidents and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; debugging to identify and repair errors; processing transactions; analyzing and improving the Service; enforcing the legal terms that govern your use; contacting you via email (if you opt in); providing customer support; complying with legal obligations and law enforcement orders; sharing with integration partners or third-party applications at your direction; and sharing with our professional advisors (legal, accounting, or insurance providers).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share any PII publicly or with third parties, except for the reasons above and when otherwise permitted or required by law. Even though we do not sell PII for monetary consideration, certain disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law. You may opt out of such disclosures as described below.
Our customers control the personal information they store in the Service. We process such data on their behalf and in accordance with their instructions. If you are an individual whose data has been submitted by one of our customers, please contact that customer directly.
Our Website and Service respect users' Do Not Track ("DNT") signals. You are free to refuse our request for your personal information at any time, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some or all desired features of the Service.
The Service is not intended for nor allowed to be used by anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect PII directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent, and will delete any such information if we become aware of it. By using the Service you consent to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.
In addition to transaction-based communications, we may from time to time send you promotional and marketing emails on subjects we think may interest you, but you must explicitly consent to these communications. To withdraw your consent, email us at support@theradcrm.com. We do not discriminate against any consumers who opt out of communication with us.
Our Service may send push notifications to achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. In most cases you may opt out by changing your device settings. Disabling push notifications may negatively affect the utility of the Service.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide your requested service, and we protect what we store using commercially reasonable means to prevent loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. No method of transmission or electronic storage is ever 100% secure; although we endeavor to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee its security and any transmission is at your own risk.
The specific retention period for each category of PII depends on the nature of the information and the purposes for which it is processed. We consider the duration of your relationship with us; whether the information is needed to provide Services; legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements; applicable statutes of limitation; and ongoing or potential disputes. When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.
This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with all applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including those of California, Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: access PII we hold about you; correct inaccuracies; have us delete PII; obtain a portable copy of your data; opt out of targeted advertising; opt out of sale or sharing of PII; opt out of certain profiling activities; not be discriminated against for exercising rights; not have your PII sold for direct marketing; and appeal a denial of a privacy request by emailing support@theradcrm.com.
California residents may submit a request to exercise their information, access, or deletion rights by emailing support@theradcrm.com. We will verify your identity and may confirm California residency; government identification may be required. To designate an authorized agent, we will verify both identities and require valid power of attorney or other proof of authority. We will request and accept the following forms of ID: passport, driving license, birth certificate, utility bill (last 3 months), current vehicle registration, bank statement (last 3 months), or rent receipts (last 3 months). Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, we do not share any PII for third-party direct-marketing purposes.
Where required by applicable law, we honor browser-based opt-out signals, including those communicating your preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising.
Although we will not sell or pass along your PII to third parties without first obtaining your consent (except as required or allowed by law or if you violate our Terms), we may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of our business or assets, including your PII, in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution.
Your use of our Website and/or the Service will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and sensitive and personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are responsible for periodically visiting this page to check for changes. Material changes will be posted here and you will be deemed notified upon posting. Continued use after updates will be deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
